Crazy weeks! Spiritual highs!!

It has been a few crazy weeks! In fact, today is the only day that I went "Wow, I have nothing to do!" What a good feeling that is! The craziness has all been GREAT craziness! It started on September 21st, my new niece Callie got blessed! Before she got blessed we had the Primary program! That was at 10:30 and the blessing was at 11:30. We stayed until both boys had done their parts and then they quietly got off the stage and we ran to the car! We drove as fast as we could and made it right before they called everybody up for the blessing! Whew!

Callie! She is so beautiful!

I was asked to bring fruit to the blessing so I decided that it would be fun to do a edible fruit arrangement. It didn't look like it would be that hard to make so I attempted! Turned out it wasn't that hard to make, just hard to transport! I made it and everybody loved it!

Next up was Camerons baptism on Saturday; or so I thought! I was way busy getting baptism invitations made, getting food, cleaning house, making baptism arrangements, when Holly (my sister) twins decided to come! My parents called me Wednesday night at 11:30 and told me that Holly's water had broken! All that night I was on call to get updates and give information! The babies came and despite being very small, were very healthy! they weighed 4lbs 14 oz and
5lbs 14 oz! Early that next morning Jen, who was visiting for the week with her twins and new baby, and I went to see the babies! So little, but so precious!

Aubree Kylee

They did really good for the first couple of days but then decided not to eat good. They had to be put in special care for almost 3 weeks! They got to come home on October 13th, the day that they were going to take them C-section. They are doing so good and Holly is so happy to have them home. They came home weighing 6lbs 11oz and 5lbs 9 oz.

To move on.. It was now Thursday and the Baptism was Saturday morning. That did not leave me a lot of time to do all the things that I needed to do. A few late nights and somehow everything worked out! The baptism went off without a hitch!

This was one of the most fabulous days! Cameron was a little nervous and I found out later that Jer was too, but they both did perfect! We had so much support for the Baptism and confirmation! We had about 60 people their! With 3 families and a few really good friends the day was perfect! Their was only a few people missing! They would have been their if they could! I was so happy that Jer was able to Baptize and confirm cameron! I worried for so long about this day because after Ryan died I didn't know what would happen! The Lord really does step in and just makes things work out! Their was a lot of tears of Joy! I dont think that their were many dry eyes that day! I was told it was because of all the "dust" but I didn't see the "dust"! I know that Ryan was their with us that day! I know he wouldn't have missed it for the world! My tears were of joy and a little bit of sadness. Sadness because I wish that Ryan could have been their in person but so much Joy that I found a worthy priesthood holder that I love so much and that loves my boys so much! I understand better than I ever have what a bitter-sweet moment is! Thanks Jer for stepping in and being such a wonderful dad!
So here we are after the baptism spending time with family and friends!

I have some awesome pictures to post of Cameron that Caroline so graciously took but I don't have them loaded on my computer yet. I will save that for another day!

So there it was the first week! But that is not the end of our crazy life! On Sunday after church I went and picked up my friends 18 month old to watch for the week. They went on a cruise as a family. All of us that have been on a cruise know that taking a baby on a cruise is not very much fun, so he got to stay with me! He was good! He wouldn't look at us or eat the first 2 days but slowly as the week went on he warmed up! He even smiled at Jer on Thursday instead of hiding in the corner! I dropped him off at 5 pm on Friday!

Cute Sam being happy after mom got home!

After dropping Sam off, the boys, Jer and I headed up to our cabin in Bear Lake for Conference weekend! I love conference weekend! It really renews me and gives me a lot of hope! I prayed really hard before this conference that I
would get answers to my prayers and that others I knew were struggling would also get answers. I don't know if I was listenening better but I got a lot out of this conference. I heard things that would help others and that would help myself! I cant remember who gave the this talk but it was the saturday morning session. He talked about Faith and Fear not being able to co-exist! That really hit me hard! You can either have Fear or Faith but you can't have both! For me conference was a big success!

So the next week starts and we have parent teachers and learning how to do glitter toes! Yes, I taught myself how to do glitter toes! It is so fun!

The next day I helped my friend Mandy, on of my best friends, get pictures done of her twins and her 3 year old! Caroline, one of my other best friends, took them (she is an amazing photographer)! It was such a fun day! I have a lot of best friends! That makes me feel really blessed!

The next day I helped my dad shop for an annniversary present for my mom. 35 years! Amazing!

Happy Anniversary!
I Love You!

On we go.. So the next day my sis-in- law invited us to go to the temple. She is a convert to the church and had done some work for her family. So the Stark family went to the temple and between us all we did Baptisms and confirmations for 135 of her deceased family members! It was a really cool experience! Thanks Steph!

On Saturday morning Cameron had his last football game. We had to be there at 8 am for pictures and it was freezing! It was snowing on the boys during the pictures and we all had frozen toes and bodies! We had 15 min to warm up in the car and then back to the cold to play the game. They lost but fought a hard battle. As soon as the game was done we went home and hurry and finished packing for a long overdue family getaway with the Stark family! That brings us to Monday evening when we got home! More pictures to come on St. George!

I know that none of this is really an excuse for not posting and I know that everybody is busy but there is my catch-up! I really will be a better poster! Hopefully my life will settle down! I doubt it but thats ok! That is what life is all about, Living it.....!

Cami,
So good to catch up on all thats been going on! I love the glitter toes. Are you going to do them for other people? I might need to become one of your first clients. You are always willing to help others out, that is why you are always busy! Which is a quality that I admire you for. Thanks for being such an awesome friend. I love you!
Angie

P.S. What did your Dad end up getting your Mom?

It's so fun to see all the pictures and hear about everything that has been going on (eventhough I was aware of most of them!). Thanks for the fun update. Love the Edible Fruit Bouquet. The baptism was incredible, as was Conference. The babies are so cute, and so are your mom and dad! As Angie said, you do so much for so many... me included. Thanks.
